Qualifications

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Appian platform.
• Appian Developer Certification preferred.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and developing workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional Appian components.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance code for the Appian CJIM expungement portal and workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs and provide sustainment for Appian workflows.
• Implement security best practices and AFOSI compliance requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and coordinate with QA to resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Collect and analyze data for recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Prepare analytical responses for inquiries and data calls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and modernization efforts.
