Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its EAIS unit in the United States to lead ERP integration efforts using Appian and related technologies. You will participate in requirements gathering, help design solutions, and develop new features within ERP ecosystems.

The role involves system integration, documentation, training, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to collaborate across global delivery and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

Required Skill And Experience

Appian Solution Design & Development

BPM / Workflow Automation, REST API Integrations

Appian Data Modeling, Agile Delivery, Testing & Performance Optimization.

Experience in Appian implementations and integrating Appian within complex enterprise environments as both a receiver and supplier of events and data.

Preferred Skill And Experience

Ability to work in global delivery model

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
