• Overall Experience: 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Appian enterprise architecture and application development.
• Certifications: Active Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer credentials preferred.
• Integrations & Databases: Deep expertise in SQL/relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Web API plugins).
• Agile Framework: Strong background working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Remote Leadership: Proven ability to drive projects, collaborate, and lead technical teams effectively in a remote/distributed setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) hosting Appian setups.
• Experience with DevOps automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Appian Deployment Automation).
