The successful candidate will evaluate trial records, write briefs, conduct legal research, and participate in oral arguments, supporting a broad civil appellate practice across state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of appellate experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil and appellate procedure.
• Excellent advocacy and writing skills.
