Formación

• Substantial experience with California criminal law, appellate, habeas and writ practice.
• Strong ability to review and edit pleadings for appellate filing.
• Administrative proficiency, organizational skills, and effective management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise an appellate team within the AWT; lead and coordinate work across attorneys and staff.
• Direct and monitor Deputy Attorneys General; evaluate performance and provide training.
• Interact with courts and agencies as needed; participate in interview and selection processes for DAGs and paralegals.
