Qualifications

• Utah Bar member in good standing.
• 1+ years of appellate-level judicial clerkship experience (state or federal); Utah preferred.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Draft appellate briefs and motions to shape and win arguments.
• Collaborate with trial teams from case strategy through final appeal.
