• At least three years of appellate or related litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a large, varied caseload with professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large caseload of criminal and civil matters in state and federal courts.
• Represent in appeals, post-conviction matters, and habeas actions.
• Advise and represent state agencies and officials in legal proceedings.
• Contribute to criminal investigations, trial teams, policy initiatives.
