Qualifications

• J.D. required with 3+ years appellate experience.
• Citizenship and NY residency required on first day."
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Good judgment and strong ethics.

Responsabilités

• Represent the People in appellate litigation across constitutional and statutory issues.
• Address complex legal issues clearly in oral and written formats.
• Brief and argue a substantial caseload of appeals before state and federal courts.
• All other duties as assigned.
