Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing team through training and development.
• Validate effectiveness of projects managed by appeals team via universe data validation.
• Facilitate and present at appeals team meetings.
• Establish and maintain processes with business to ensure readiness of appeals for compliance.
• Assess developmental needs and implement action plans to develop teams and individuals.
• Manage projects, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Report capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions.
