Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Experience: managed care or utilization management preferred; hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists with strong documentation and clinical skills encouraged.
• Excellent clinical judgment, written communication, and regulatory attention to detail.
