Pharmacy Careers is seeking a fully remote Appeals Pharmacist to combine clinical expertise with advocacy, reviewing medication coverage appeals and applying evidence-based guidelines to ensure fair determinations from home with a flexible schedule. You will collaborate with physicians and medical directors, document clearly, and track outcomes in compliance with state and federal rules.

A PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy is required, and experience in managed care is preferred.
