Job description

Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and triage behavioral health needs
  • Document calls and actions using standard software
  • Provide resources and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff
  • Schedule and follow-up calls for care facilitation
  • Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to meet callers' needs
  • Provide assessments and interventions within licensure scope
  • Offer behavioral health education to callers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key skills: LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMFT, Psychologist, Licensed Substance Abuse Counselors, Licensed Masters Social Worker
  • Experience with outbound calls, behavioral health, crisis interventions, case management, therapy, assessments, and intake
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Experience in telephonic counseling or managed care preferred
