Job summary

MWW On Demand is seeking a hands-on Technical Designer / Product Engineer to convert customer and product requirements into complete, manufacturing-ready technical packages. This role owns patterns, measurements, grading, construction specifications, BOMs, tech packs, and fit and product-level quality requirements, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering on how products are produced.

Qualifications

Hands-on technical-design experience in apparel or sewn products.
Strong knowledge of pattern development, grading, and garment construction.
Experience building production-ready tech packs and BOMs.
Ability to communicate product requirements to production and manufacturing teams.
Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing revisions across multiple product families.
Familiarity with factory environments and transitioning from design to production.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain patterns, blocks, grading rules, measurements and tolerances.
Create technical drawings, construction specifications, tech packs and BOMs.
Translate customer concepts into controlled manufacturing specifications.
Evaluate samples for fit, dimensions and manufacturability; issue corrective actions.
Maintain reusable product standards and revision-controlled technical records.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and Production during launches.
