The role partners with Product Management, Apparel Design and Strategic Sourcing to drive fit strategies across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in apparel, construction or textiles or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of multi-category apparel experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical fit expert across product development and merchant teams.
• Own department strategic initiatives and use new tech platforms for accurate fit.
• Guide measurement specs and product history to inform costs and milestones.
• Lead technical design for a brand/category including fit, construction, manufacturing, costs.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Sourcing and Merchandising to align brand strategy.
• Coordinate with HK TD team for execution and QA production issues.
• Travel internationally to fittings and onboard partners.
