Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $20 – $33 per hour (meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage at the location)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
