Job summary

Walmart is seeking apparel associates to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's needs and preferences. This is a full-time hourly role at Walmart Supercenter in Springfield, IL.

You will move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and ensure clothing racks, tables and displays remain neat and well organized throughout the day, helping customers find what they want quickly.

$20 - $33 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
