Job summary

Walmart in Branson West, MO is seeking apparel associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with merchandise, and recommend items based on customer needs. You will move incoming stock to the floor and ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays stay neat and well-organized throughout the day.

This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly wage range of $20–$33 plus additional compensation incentives.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
