Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Associate Sourcing Specialist to move apparel and accessories from concept to production. You’ll collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Buying, QA, and Supply Chain to keep calendars, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment, with hybrid onsite work at Studio Park and relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in apparel merchandising, sourcing, product development, or creation.
• Experience supporting apparel development from concept to delivery.
• Understanding costing, margins, timelines, and vendor communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support development and sourcing across apparel and accessories from concept through delivery to the fulfillment center.
• Manage sample requests, track samples and costing in PLM; prepare development information for review meetings.
• Partner with Design, Technical Design, Buying, QA, and Supply Chain to maintain calendars and resolve issues.
• Review cost sheets, challenge costing, and support cost engineering to meet margin goals; communicate with overseas offices and suppliers.
• Track production status, identify delays, and drive solutions for on-time delivery.
• Support fabric development by understanding fabric quality, construction, lead time, and cost implications.
• Maintain vendor data in PLM and contribute to vendor scorecards and analysis.
• Identify process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency in sourcing workflows.
