Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking a store associate to sort apparel and soft lines, separating salable items from salvage. Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will help maintain quality standards and inventory levels while serving customers.

This role requires basic reading, writing, math skills, reliability, and a friendly, neat appearance. Physical effort includes standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, team members, customers, and donors.
