Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate merchandise, and help shoppers make informed buying decisions. You will maintain product knowledge, signage, and promotions, contributing to a welcoming, world-class shopping experience.

This full-time role involves assisting with merchandise placement, restocking, and operating the POS system, while upholding store policies and providing a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish merchandise on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restock merchandise as required.
• Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
