Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers find the right items. You will maintain shelves, manage pricing and signage, and support seasonal merchandising efforts in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be a product expert through ongoing training, assisting with club memberships, pickup options, and customer programs while delivering a legendary experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Able to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions for customers.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves as per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage and stay knowledgeable about ads.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and overall store presentation.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
