Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Garland, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout shopping experiences.

You will maintain pricing and signage, restock merchandise, and stay current on promotions and Club/VOC programs to help customers make informed decisions. This role emphasizes strong service, teamwork, and safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Replenish product on shelves and restock merchandise
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales and pricing
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and floor replenishment
• Keep work area clean and well stocked
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products
• All other duties as assigned
