American Road Group is seeking an Apparel Sales Associate at Rock N Roll City Harley-Davidson in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time role focused on creating a fun, guest-obsessed shopping experience through tailored style advice and active selling.

You’ll maintain an appealing retail space, assist customers, and participate in visual merchandising while delivering excellent service and flexible scheduling, including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality capable of engaging a broad customer base.
• Experience in retail sales, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
• Flexible in scheduling including weekends and events; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle cashier duties as part of daily operations.
