Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, AR is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases. You will restock, maintain pricing/signage, and stay knowledgeable about current promotions and club programs.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include resolving customer needs, upselling where appropriate, and keeping the selling floor neat and safe while following company policies.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and peers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge all customers promptly and friendly.
• Demonstrate products to customers and communicate features and benefits.
• Replenish merchandise on shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and stay informed on promotions.
• Assist customers with club programs, in-store pickup, and other services.
• Restock and organize merchandise; keep work area clean and stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures and contribute to a legendary customer experience.
