Bass Pro Shops in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers find the right gear. You will handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

This role emphasizes friendly, professional service, knowledge of promotions, and teamwork with others. You’ll learn products through training and contribute to a legendary, first‑class in-store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to handle cash and make change accurately.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to work well with management, coworkers and customers.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro brands and current promotions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to shoppers.
• Replenish merchandise on shelves and maintain pricing/signage.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat and well stocked.
• Promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up) and assist with seasonal merchandise moves.
• Provide a legendary customer experience with every interaction.
