Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely greet and assist Customers, maintain a friendly and professional store presence.
• Operate registers, process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized and well merchandised according to guidelines.
• Provide prompt resolution to Customer questions and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and MOS policies to protect assets and prevent shrinkage.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity and sales goals.
