Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage the intake and stocking of apparel merchandise, ensuring order accuracy and adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.

The role includes backroom organization, price/signage updates, and providing a positive shopping experience for guests. This is a part-time, in-store position with benefits listed in the notice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No prior experience specified; 0 years experience noted in qualifications.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices as listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at receipt per Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards using inventory system.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards using inventory system.
• Stay knowledgeable of advertised sales to assist backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
