Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking an Auditor, Quality Assurance to ensure products meet quality standards before shipping. You will conduct audits on incoming shipments, document findings, and support the QA team in maintaining product integrity and safety compliance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading measuring tools, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced environment. Evening and overtime may be required to meet peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience using tablet/PC apps such as MS Office and Teams.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately.
• Good color perception; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform random audits of incoming shipments for workmanship and labeling.
• Document audit findings and maintain records of non-conforming products.
• Conduct metal and neck stretch audits per safety guidelines.
• Operate RF scanner to locate pallets and verify quantities.
• Assist QA team with audits and quality-related projects as needed.
• Adhere to Carter’s safety manual and defect classifications.
