Job summary

Misericordia University is seeking a Merchandise and Apparel Coordinator to lead embroidery and screen-printing operations for custom apparel and promotional items. The role also supports the Campus Store, potentially half the time, and may run store duties autonomously in the manager’s absence.

The ideal candidate has experience in screen printing or embroidery, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to ensure brand-compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in screen printing, embroidery and/or digital print shop.
• Strong knowledge of apparel and merchandise decoration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience creating industry-standard design files while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Wide format printing experience preferred.
• Experience with promotional items preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee embroidery and screen-printing operations to ensure quality control from setup to final inspection.
• Produce high-quality custom apparel and promotional products.
• Support Campus Store operations and assist the Campus Store Manager; operate independently when required.
