Job summary

Mad Engine Global, LLC. is seeking a talented Production Designer to join our Disney Apparel Design team in Burbank, California.

You will translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork for Disney apparel collections and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. You will collaborate with Graphic Artists, Creative Directors and Production to prepare color separations, print-ready files and maintain strict attention to detail across Men's, Women's, Kids and seasonal lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel production design or production art.
• Strong knowledge of screen printing, color separations & garment embellishments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Experience with licensed apparel, Disney or entertainment brands.
• Strong understanding of artwork preparation, color accuracy & print production.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization & time management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing production-ready apparel graphics and technical artwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize production-ready artwork for Disney apparel collections.
• Ensure designs meet Disney brand guidelines & licensing standards.
• Support graphics across Men's, Women's, Kids' & seasonal apparel.
• Create color separations, artwork specifications & print-ready files.
• Collaborate with Graphic Artists, Creative Directors, Product Development & Production.
