Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory (as written)
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items for approval to Retailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testing compliance
