Job description

Please Note: This is an in-person role located in Morganville, NJ

We're seeking an Apparel Production Coordinator who will oversee the entire product development and production lifecycle, ensuring precision, quality, and on-time delivery while partnering closely with our design, operations, and global factory teams.

This role is responsible for taking products from concept through production while maintaining exceptional quality, organization, and execution across every stage of development.

Passion for Product

At FOUND, we believe great products are created by people who genuinely care about product.

We're looking for someone who is deeply interested in apparel and gets excited by the details that make exceptional products. You should naturally care about fabrics, garment construction, fit, trims, washes, finishes, craftsmanship, and quality.

You should have a genuine curiosity about the entire lifecycle of a garment, from concept and fabric selection to development, fittings, production, quality control, and final delivery. Every stage matters, and every decision impacts the finished product.

The best production coordinators are product people first. They constantly ask how something can be made better, notice details others overlook, and take pride in creating garments that customers will love.

A High-Performance Environment

Fashion is an intense industry that requires intensity.

We develop multiple collections simultaneously while working toward fixed deadlines for Paris Fashion Week and global sales presentations. The pace is fast, priorities change quickly, and execution matters every single day. We're looking for someone who thrives in this environment, someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving problems, taking ownership, and maintaining an exceptional standard of quality under pressure. This role requires someone who is highly proactive, relentlessly organized, and energized by building exceptional products. If you're looking for a predictable 9-to-5 role, this position is probably not the right fit. If you genuinely love product and enjoy the challenge of bringing collections to life, you'll fit right in.
