Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in apparel production, preferably children's apparel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities across product categories.
• Collaborate with designers to develop prototypes and coordinate sampling.
• Source suppliers and generate BOMs with design/technical teams.
• Monitor lab dips, strike-offs, samples, and PLM-based Work in Process.
• Maintain daily factory communication and track timing calendars.
