Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant apparel product creation experience.
• Proven track record leading multi-level organizations with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience creating and activating long term strategies across teams to achieve business results.
• Ability to develop talent and build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Proven examples of results-orientation, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional influence, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in apparel and/or footwear product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15–25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA Local Creation Apparel Development team, delivering product excellence from concept to production.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Sports, and other functions to align strategy and execution.
• Develop talent, build capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Translate organizational strategy into goals and measurable results for the apparel and material teams.
• Drive on-time product delivery according to critical dates, specs, sustainability, and profitability goals.
• Influence stakeholders and manage workload to optimize project outcomes.
