Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Apparel Production and/or Product Development experience.
• Knowledge of garment construction and fabrications.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Proven project management capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing activities from development to manufacturing readiness.
• Build all GTM Calendar PD activities and ensure on-time delivery across development, pre-production and bulk production.
• Lead seasonal costing activities; gather and negotiate all prices and align to FOB targets.
• Manage finish approvals from Development to Pre-Production to Bulk Shade Bands.
• Support execution of Sourcing Strategies and collaborate with Supply Planning and Field Teams.
• Help resolve Quality issues.
