Marion Goodwill Industries in Galion, OH is hiring an Apparel Processor to support our textile processing team. In this role you’ll sort, price, and prepare donated apparel, helping keep our Galion store stocked with quality items and funding job training programs.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to identify brands and pricing levels.
• Basic math and pricing skills.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Sort, price, and hang donated apparel and textiles.
• Inspect items for stains or defects before placing on sales floor.
• Maintain production goals of 80+ pieces per hour.
• Keep processing areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with rotation, dressing room upkeep, and merchandise placement.
• Follow Goodwill safety, security, and policies.
