Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking the Sales Floor. You will use the inventory system, assist with replenishment, pricing and signage, and ensure a clean, organized backroom to support a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in merchandising, and strong service standards to help guests have a positive shopping visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at receipt following Visual Merchandising & MPS standards, using the inventory system.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Stay informed of advertised sales to aid backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and stocked.
• Keep backstock organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
