Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Candidate should have 6–10 years merchandise/operations manager experience or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with merchandising techniques and terms.

Responsibilities

• Work with Planners and DMM Planning on annual budgets for department sales and profit for each division.
• Direct and approve selection of assortment; supervise overall fashion procurement.
• Achieve period and annual budgets for department sales and profit; develop strategic plans.
• Review profit and loss statements and submit period reports to management.
• Develop and implement weekly/quarterly/annual ad and sales promotion plans; review ads.
• Develop and implement display plans; review schematics and product selection.
