WHOOP, based in Boston, MA, is seeking an Apparel & Accessories Inventory Planner to own inventory levels and buy plans for assigned categories and SKUs, supporting launches and seasonal assortments. Reporting to the Senior Inventory Planning Manager, you will drive day-to-day planning and purchasing, collaborating across product marketing, GTM, FP&A, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory planning or related roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP and planning

Formación

• 3+ years in inventory management, demand planning, merchandise planning or allocation planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of retail math.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and planning platforms (e.g., o9, Anaplan, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools or analytics platforms is a plus, especially for forecasting or demand modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with D2C Product Marketing Managers to align inventory plans with product launches, seasonal color stories, and assortment strategies.
• Own inventory health and replenishment planning for assigned categories and SKUs, monitor levels and risks, and optimize inventory productivity.
• Translate demand forecasts and product insights into SKU-level buy quantities and execute purchase orders.
• Maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) positions and provide bottom-up analysis for category-level plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on lead times, MOQs, supplier capacity, and shipping timelines.
• Support inventory allocation and distribution across D2C channels and markets, balancing demand and inventory efficiency.
