Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Charlotte, NC is hiring a store associate to hang, sort, and display clothing while helping customers and supporting job creation and community programs. Starting pay is $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• No experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team players who keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Physically able to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.
• Reliable, honest, respectful, and eager to learn.
• Able to stand, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain safety.

Aufgaben

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using color tag system.
• Move clothing to/from sales floor and keep displays neat.
• Count and report items processed daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per store procedures.
• Report safety, theft or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management.

What You'll Do

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
