Job summary

Jobtailor in Philadelphia seeks a seasoned Apparel Graphic Designer to create original graphics for apparel and accessories, translating brand concepts into print designs. You will collaborate with Women’s Design, Merchandising, and Trend teams on cohesive seasonal collections and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Strong candidates will have 5+ years of experience, expert knowledge of color theory and typography, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surface Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in apparel graphic/print design, preferably in women’s lifestyle brand.
  • Strong understanding of trend forecasting, color theory, typography, and illustration.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with AI, CAD, and print production processes is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate brand voice into design.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Monitor streetwear, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
