Job summary

Lucky Brand, a Catalyst Brands lifestyle label, is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer – Apparel to develop market-relevant graphics for men’s and women’s apparel. You will collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional partners to tell seasonal stories that reflect the brand identity and drive commercial success.

The role emphasizes concept development, color, typography, and production-ready files.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
1–3 years of experience designing graphics for apparel (knits, tees, fleece, denim, polos).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with Miro for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist in concept development by creating assets, layouts, color palettes, and illustrations.
Support senior designers on larger projects and develop independent concepts over time.
Prepare production-ready files, mockups, and specifications for apparel applications.
Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Production to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
Research design, cultural, and social media trends to inform creative direction.
Maintain organized digital libraries and design archives.
