Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in New York seeks an E-Commerce Content Coordinator to manage product photography and digital assets for apparel across major retailer sites. You will ensure images are correctly placed, formatted, and aligned with brand standards while updating content for new styles and seasonal lines.

Collaborating with sales and marketing, you will publish assets on time, monitor retailer portals, and help maintain compelling online product presentations to support ecommerce growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Experience uploading and managing product images on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong eye for visual presentation and brand consistency.
• Comfort navigating retailer portals and various CMS.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and deadline management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PIM or DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product photography and digital assets across retailer sites.
• Ensure images meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages for accuracy, visual appeal, and consistency.
• Update digital content as new styles and seasonal assortments arrive.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to publish assets timely.
• Support e-commerce sales by maintaining compelling online presentations.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or misplacements and arrange corrections.
