Job summary

Skechers is seeking a cost control professional for apparel costing and merchandise planning. You will manage costing from development to production, develop tools, and supply seasonal projections to support capacity planning and material bookings.

In this role you will collaborate with Merchandisers, Sales, Product Developers, Suppliers, and our Production team to optimize margins and ensure cost standards are met while maintaining clear communication with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel costing and development preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate margin reports.
• Ability to analyze complex margin reports and cost components.

Responsibilities

• Costing management for apparel from development through production.
• Develop costing processes, tools, and training for development teams.
• Provide seasonal projections to assist capacity planning and bookings.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers, Sales, Product Developers, Suppliers and Production.
