Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) in Ludington, MI is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team on a contingent, 0.0 FTE basis. You will provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires board certification, MI license, DEA, and provider experience; schedule includes shifts with hours 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-2pm Sat; location at 5656 US-10 Ludington, MI.

• Schedule:Team is looking for a provider to pick up a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
  • Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm
