UPMC Passavant is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor Physician Assistant or CRNP to lead the House Advanced Practice Providers, providing clinical care for non-Hospitalist inpatients and guiding a team of six APPs. • Must be a CRNP or PA with current license and credentialing.
• Experience leading a high-functioning clinical team is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight for non-Hospitalist inpatients and participate in Rapid Response activations.
• Lead a team of six Advanced Practice Providers with mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
• Support growth and expansion of the APP service line and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
