Job summary

StickOutSocial, LLC, a Chicago-based web design and support company, seeks a Project Manager to organize and lead application development projects from requirements through launch. You will collaborate with our in-house Design & Development teams and serve as the primary contact for maintenance and client support.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and capable of guiding projects under tight deadlines while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills to work with client and in-house designers & developers
• Solid technical understanding of application development and web technologies
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Logical and analytical approach to critical thinking and problem solving
• Understanding of data structure methodologies, technologies, and standards
• Good people person with a positive attitude
• Collaborative team player
• Supremely organized and able to work under tight deadlines; time management skills are essential
• Always eager to learn more

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple application development projects simultaneously
• Manage all aspects of the project from requirements definition to post-implementation support
• Active management of project scope
• Monitor & report status and progress of projects to Project & Development Management
• Provide technical architecture leadership in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment
• Assist in preparation of technical information in response to proposals
• Serve as main point of contact for Application maintenance & support clients
• Work with StickOutSocial's management team to refine & grow the Application Development Department
