AdventHealth Primary Care Network, based in Florida, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with a strong focus on preventive and chronic disease management.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or PA studies required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

Education & Experience

Licensure, Certification & Registration

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Active DEA license
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent)certification
• BLSrequired; ACLS (preferred)
