Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois.
• Previous experience (3+ years) in ICC, ER, Urgent Care or similar setting required.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians.
• Engage with a strong internal referral network across ICC and more than 1,600 Duly providers.
• Provide exceptional patient care with support from a collaborative provider team.

***The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
