APP Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Full-Time - Battle Creek, MI

Overview

Join Bronson Battle Creek as a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at The Children’s Hospital at Bronson in Southwest Michigan. This role involves caring for newborns, including high-risk deliveries, stabilization, assessments, and managing stable newborns through daily rounds and coordination of transfers to NICU when necessary.

Position Highlights

• Coverage of Level One newborn nursery, with occasional shifts in Kalamazoo
• Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, all in-house
• Autonomous work in a 12 LDRP unit alongside trained Nursery RNs, setting and directing care plans

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan with a Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Certified and licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
• CPR and NRP certification required
